A dealer who was convicted of steriods trafficking has been found dead in his home. He met with NFL officials and gave up the names of players that bought steroids from him.

A bit after midnight on Thursday, Plano Texas police checked in on 35-year-old David Jacobs and 30-year-old Amanda Jo Earhart-Savell. Both had been shot dead.

A police spokesman, said the officers were checking in on Jacobs after relatives of Earhart-Savell tried to find out about her whereabouts.

Plano detectives aren’t releasing information about whether the deaths were a double homicide or a murder-suicide, whether a weapon was found near the bodies, or any other details.

That’s one way to keep the steroid story silent. Of course, the shooter was a little late. If they’d seen CSI, they’d know to do it before Jacobs gave up the names. What is up with the NFL lately? Bottom line: Steroids are REALLY bad for your health…
