@wptavern If you are not using remote publishing then you can leave xmlrpc.php renamed, otherwise look at a htaccess rule to limit access.

About Apache XML-RPC. Apache XML-RPC is a Java implementation of XML-RPC, a popular protocol that uses XML over HTTP to implement remote procedure calls.
It was launched on 1st of November, 2008 in Japan and in April 2009 in Europe, America and Australia. The games are very interesting and engaging enough to keep the DS Nintendo users captivated. The Nintendo-DS games use ROM "game card" formats which are similar to memory cards used in portable devices like digital cameras.
